Established as a logging camp in the 1930’s, the Town of Port McNeill has evolved into a thriving community of 2505 people, based around resources in logging, fishing, mining and aquaculture. Located on the northeast coast of Vancouver Island, off the west coast of BC, Port McNeill is surrounded with the richness of abundant wildlife and sealife, and enjoys a mild climate which supports many outdoor recreational activities.
