Presenrter, Tess Menges graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Major in Communication. In May of 2008 she joined Public Works Canada as the Supply Officer for the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises. Tess is a key contact for small and medium businesses that want to supply goods and services to the federal government. Through this seminar Tess will help companies understand the federal procurement system and navigate the government websites to perform targeted market research.
