Pacific Modular formed as a partnership between Akers Property Solutions and Pacific Marine Construction to provide attractive, durable and affordable housing solutions designed to last for generations. After decades building along the coast and in remote areas, we recognized a need for better quality modular housing properly engineered for demanding climates. Pacific Modular enthusiastically supports respectful and trusting relationships with Indigenous communities through employment, collaborative housing solutions and business partnerships. Our current 20,000 sq.ft. factory is located in Campbell River on We Wai Kai reserve land from which we transport completed volumetric modular homes by road and barge. We are actively developing new relationships with Indigenous and non-Indigenous partners as we expand our modular home offerings across Western Canada.
