By now you know that the  President of WestJet Encore is speaking at dinner.  You know that  Globe & Mail National Affairs Columnist Gary Mason is opening and that Premier Christy Clark is closing the Summit.  You know that  destination marketing expert Roger Brooks is opening the 2nd day.  And you know that  Summit sessions will include the future of energy on Vancouver Island, ‘green’ technology, a forecast of the film industry, attracting skilled labour, forestry, food security, First Nations, ecology and economy, interviews with entrepreneurs, and exploration of attracting investment and retaining talent.

The conversation will start with the impact of health and safety on business success and culminate with a robust discussion about the realities in the workplace and the strategies that are proving to be most effective.
