Mindful Resilience Workshop – In partnership with Maigus
The Mindful Resilience Program has been guiding leaders, teams, and individuals through change and disruption for over 20 years. This experiential program includes completing an online Personal Resilience Profile to help participants identify strategies for maintaining personal effectiveness and explore mindfulness practices to strengthen resilience against personal and professional challenges. Join Terri Duguay at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre to learn how to exercise your resilience “muscles”. 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Are you interested in understanding the value and importance of land acknowledgements as a part of your journey toward reconciliation? Do you want to honour the host Nation in a meaningful way?
