Lee Herrins is the Executive Director of Fernwood Neighbourhood Resource Group (FernwoodNRG) in Victoria, BC. FernwoodNRG is doing very interesting things in Victoria – buying properties, creating affordable housing, starting businesses – using the social enterprise model. Lee talked to Hans Peter Meyer about some of what FernwoodNRG is doing. He’ll be presenting at the 2015 Vancouver Island Economic Alliance Summit on October 28-29 in Nanaimo.
