The State of the Island Economic Summit was born with the intention of bringing Island leaders together to build collaboration to help strengthen the Island economy. This year, the 13th Annual Summit will feature 16 concurrent sessions discussing topics such as the tourism industry, clean tech, gender equity, Island Good, Foreign Trade Zone, investment activities, and more!
Along with these panel sessions, the Summit will feature four keynote speeches, with presenters Premier John Horgan, Pundits Robert Asselin and Shachi Kurl, VP & Chief Economist of EDC Peter Hall, and MNP Partner Susan Mowbray providing insights from the 2019 ‘State of the Island’ Economic Report.
