#METOO – Mitigating & Managing Workplace Bullying & Harassment @ Oct. 24/25 Economic Summit
The recent explosion of the #METOO movement has created a number of challenges for all types of employers. This session will provide practical tips and advice for business leaders on how to face those challenges. A panel featuring an HR expert, Christine Willow, Chemistry Consulting, a business person, Al Siebring, Councilor, District of North Cowichan, and an experienced workplace harassment investigator, Lisa Southern, Southern Law, will discuss how to proactively address harassment through sound policies, practices and a good workplace culture, as well as how to effectively respond when a complaint of workplace harassment arises.
