As the CEO of the public opinion research firm IPSOS Public Affairs, Darrell has his finger on the pulse of Canada. His virtual presentation will demonstrate how organizations will be dramatically affected by changes to the consumer and labour markets.

Previously, Darrell worked within the Prime Minister’s Office as the director of public opinion research. Darrell has co-authored several bestselling books on public opinion
